I’ve been the Office Manager/Accountant for 14 Karat for over 20 years. Chances are if you are one of our many out of town customers I’m the person you’ve dealt with for service and shipping to and from the store. I also handle most of the billing and/or invoicing issues for customers. I enjoy the many facets of my job as it’s wide ranging and every day seems to bring something new. Customer service has been a hallmark of the company from the early days and I strive to bring that to each customer.
I’ve been married to my husband Robb for 37 years and have two boys who are now married and beginning their own adventures. Of course, they both have rings from 14 Karat! In my spare time I enjoy running and working out. I’m an avid Nebraska Football fan and in the fall you can find me tailgating with family and friends outside Memorial Stadium. Go Big Red!
